Mission Statement: The mission of Salalah Sports is to provide high-quality sports training and development programs to individuals of all ages and skill levels. Our goal is to promote physical fitness, skill development, teamwork, and sportsmanship in a safe and supportive environment.
Safety and Well-being: The safety and well-being of our participants are our top priorities. We are committed to maintaining safe and clean facilities, providing appropriate supervision during training sessions, and adhering to all safety guidelines and protocols established by relevant sports governing bodies.

Professional Coaching Staff: Our coaching staff consists of qualified and experienced professionals who are dedicated to helping participants achieve their athletic goals. We prioritise ongoing training and development for our coaches to ensure they remain up-to-date with the latest coaching techniques and best practices.
Participant Development: We recognise that every participant is unique and may have different goals and aspirations. Our programs are designed to accommodate individual needs and preferences, whether participants are looking to improve their skills for recreational purposes or pursue competitive opportunities.
Payment Policy: Participants are required to pay in advance for their chosen programs or sessions. Registration for any program or session will not be confirmed until full payment is received. Participants who have not made prior payment will not be allowed to take part in training sessions or events.
Parent/Guardian Involvement: We value the involvement of parents and guardians in their child's athletic journey. We encourage open communication and collaboration between coaches, participants, and parents/guardians to ensure the best possible experience for everyone involved.
Code of Conduct: All participants, coaches, staff members, and parents/guardians are expected to adhere to the Salalah Sports Code of Conduct, which promotes respect, integrity, and sportsmanship at all times. Any behaviour that violates this code will not be tolerated and may result in disciplinary action.
Feedback and Continuous Improvement: We welcome feedback from participants, parents/guardians, and staff members as part of our commitment to continuous improvement. We regularly review our programs, policies, and procedures to identify areas for enhancement and implement changes as necessary to better serve our community.
Community Engagement: Salalah Sports is proud to be an active member of the local community. We strive to contribute positively to the community through partnerships, outreach initiatives, and charitable activities that promote the benefits of sports and physical activity. In accordance with this commitment, volunteer coaches may be entrusted with assisting or delivering coaching sessions.
Compliance: Salalah Sports is committed to complying with all relevant laws, regulations, and standards governing sports clinics and youth development programs. We maintain transparency and accountability in our operations to ensure the trust and confidence of our participants and stakeholders.
Refund policy: To be eligible for a refund, a valid medical note must be provided. Upon receipt, we will calculate the refund amount on a pro-rata basis, considering the remaining period of service from the date the medical note is provided.

Timekeeping: Prompt pickup after sessions is crucial as our coaches have subsequent commitments. A late fee applies if a child is picked up more than 10 minutes after the session concludes.
